Former ball golf property with huge elevation swings. #3 (780 ft uphill) and #4 (920 ft downhill) combine for 1,700 feet, longer than many full 9-hole courses. • True bomber’s layout. Built for 400+ throwers with control. Minimal trees, lots of open distance, serious stamina required. • #8 is the standout. 606 feet of rolling hills, creek in play, placement golf, and just enough trees to matter. • Three tee options per hole. Blue 5,600 ft, White 4,800 ft, Red 2,500 ft. Even short tees cover ground. • Temporary layout with portable baskets. Wind can be an issue, signage is minimal, routing feels transitional. • Tons of potential. With investment and thoughtful redesign, this could become a destination-level course. Without it, this version may not last.
