Very challenging, mostly wooded course. There are mostly gettable birdie holes from the longs for experienced players. But then some that are pro level difficulty. Not quite sure what to think of the layout and difficulty. Criticisms: Needs some upkeep. Old and broken tee signs, stairs, and benches and many tee pads that just get covered by foliage. Hole 11 has an A and B pin but Udisc doesn’t list so I just had to choose one.

Course #100(!) for me! Objectively, this is an incredible, well kept course. Very very good. My one course design issue would be that on several holes I had a blind tee shot and didn’t know where I was shooting, so that on the par 4’s and par 5’s I wasn’t quite sure where to try and set myself up to go, and that was frustrating. However, personally, this course kicked my butt physically more than almost any other course I’ve played. The long walks between tees were BRUTAL. By hole 8 I was exhausted. By hole 14 I just was ready to be done. Maybe that speaks to my own fitness level rather than the course design, but to me it felt more like mountain hiking with a sprinkle of disc golf than a disc golf course. Given, it was a beautiful hike with a pretty lake, but for disc golf, I’d rather play a park style course any day. That probably puts me in the minority, but I have no interest in coming back here. Objectively beautiful, wonderful course. Not my cup of tea.
