The course is excellent overall. The tee and pin locations are well thought out. The fairways are well defined and reasonably wide but the areas outside of the fairways are difficult to get out of. There is a significant amount of elevation, even with the red course. Highly recommend to start out with the red course to get your bearings. The property is magnificent with rolling hills and knolls.

Incredible course. Will quickly become a landmark here in NH. Turf tee pads, well thought out holes, variety of shot shapes and beautiful property. Awesome, awesome course. Going back tomorrow to play both layouts again.

Beautiful property! Excellent course design and very well maintained. Baskets are in and all holes have turf tee pads. Must play. Will likely become the best course in NH. Certainly the best aesthetic!

First time playing the Red layout, and it was still a lot of fun! The Blue Layout is definitely a tougher challenge. Beautiful views either way!

Amazing private course. Turf tees are great, 9 quality baskets with more on the way. Highly recommend this course. Watch it become one of the best course in the state in no time!

Amazing property and course design, very well thought out. Nothing in the state is comparable. Great mix of shot shapes and lines. Well maintained fairways and turf teepads. I have nothing bad to say. Love it.

One of the best courses in New Hampshire. Great variety of hole design, unique use of elevation. Holes are pretty evenly split between open and wooded and all are designed well. Can't wait to play here again
