Decent course. Lots of narrow gaps between trees, so not beginner friendly. Lots of noise from the highway, so if you’re coming out to get away from the noise it might not be the best.

Awesome course , I found a Leopard when I was there yesterday on hole 5, I would love to return it to the owner. There was no name and no phone #

Fun short course. Holes 5 and 8 are funky due to tree locations off the tee. Tee boxes are mats and a few are uneven.

A great little course, well layed out, as long as you enjoy lanes of trees, the last 8 holes are awesome, glad I came

Very well maintained throughout the year. Hole 8 is one of my favorites of all time. Highly recommend to players of all skill levels.

Possibly the best 9 hole course on a small chunk of land that you can find. Mostly corridor shots with very few options of shot choice.

Most difficult 9 hole course I've ever played. With the exception of a couple holes, most pars should be 4. Majority of holes only give you one way to the basket (i.e. hole 8). Whoever designed this course did not do their job well.

Although I typically love wooded courses, Liberty Park somehow causes me to feel a bit claustrophobic. It’s a fun little course requiring some very technical shots, but some may find the lack of route options frustrating. There are two open holes, however, with the 9th featuring a well done elevated basket structure. Worth the stop if you’re in town.

A lot of short, tight, wooded corridors with no real choice of shot options — there’s one shot possibility, and if that one’s not in your repertoire, you’re SOL. This might be a nice option for locals with no other choices, but those traveling through or coming from afar should beware the 3.8 rating (as of this writing) — it ain’t that. On the plus side, the signs are good, the pads are nice, and it’s pretty easy to navigate. And the final basket adds interest to an otherwise bland hole.

Tucked away behind the Rib Mountain Drive area, this course is arguably the best in the Wausau area. Good mix of wooded and open baskets and even a couple of tunnels. No major hazards to worry about. The 9th hole showcases the course with an elevated basket surrounded by a small hill of quarry rocks. Lay it up on the rocks or go for the chains if you're bold enough!

What a lovely course through pine tree woods, but OMG hole 8 is the hardest I’ve ever played!

Tough course with unforgiving rough. Only 9 holes limits its upside but good for travelers needing a fix or locals needing a change of pace.

some very tight and technical gaps, not a beginner course
