Hard to judge as the course is still being installed but a few thoughts. First, very appreciative of a new course going in. Several shots are +/- 300 ft and the front 9 plays pretty well. The back 9 less so with some poor layout designs which is most notable when you throw down a hill only to walk back up it to throw down it again. That being said, 18 is a true signature hole and leaves you wanting more.
