This was truly the least fun course I’ve ever played. The shots were difficult, but did not really make any sense. And the course design just forces you to walk up and down massive mountains for 3 miles. For the record, I shot +7, which I’m not that mad about. But truly I promise you will not have any fun here. I’m so sad I spent 3.5 hours here

Came out expecting a little pitch and putt course and I was definitely wrong. Great design and shot variety. A couple par 4 and 5 sprinkled in.

A course with this many uphill shots and hikes to tees needs benches at tee pads. Many of the fairways on the front nine were not very defined or "fair".

The course is fun but difficult, the shots are makeable but if you miss the fairway you will pay. There are lots of up and down hillside walking so wear comfy shoes but definitely very fun and challenging as it should be.

Among the best campus courses I've ever played. Great work on design and play through.

Good course. Good mix of wooded and open shots, with some very picturesque holes. Views are stunning, especially on 15. Unfortunately there are a few tweener holes on the front 9 that bring it down a bit. Also, tee signs are horribly misleading.

If you don’t have 350 to 375 distance, this is not a place for you. This course is not very beginner friendly nor moderate friendly. There’s a lot of elevation great lines however, this is a very very technical course.

It seems like the signs and udisc were not coordinated correctly. It was my first time playing here and I threw from whites and blues. I really enjoyed the holes where you could see the baskets. The holes where the baskets where out of sight were hard to know what shot was required for the shot. I did enjoy the course though. All of the elevation changes were challenging and I enjoyed it. It is a physically demanding course as well. I enjoyed it but it will not be for everyone.

Bring your hiking boots for this one. A tough layout, even from the shorts, but some stunning views of Lynchburg and beyond.

It seems like they’re in the middle of revamping all the tees and maps. This will likely be a very nice course when they’re finished.

UDisc is not updated with the new tee pad locations. Use the current Blue layout for the closest match, but beware that a couple holes don’t line up, particularly hole 11. Course updates in progress; new tee pads are great but the lack of signage is frustrating in trying to navigate the course. Strenuous terrain with some steep slopes to climb. Few benches, could use more. Bring plenty of water as there was nothing available on the course and you will want plenty.

Not sure what the fuss is about. Perfect teepads, fair lines, decent baskets, forgiving rough, great scenery. Will easily become a 4.5 once finished (<10 trees need to go, UDisc layouts need to catch up). Way more fun than Timbrook or Sandusky

Needs tee signs badly. Played the longs and had to guess which baskets I was playing to some of the time because the signs and basket numbers appear to be set up for the shorter 20 hole white tees. Other than that I really enjoyed the new course layout. Definitely an improvement on the old layout imo.

If you like a challenge, this is the best course in Lynchburg. (I travel in from Buffalo, NY) currently udisc is not updated with the proper layouts. So we missed a hole, unfortunately. Once that is set up, it will be fantastic.

Really enjoyed it! On the whole I found it well laid out with decent signage. Only negative was that I couldn't find the basket on number 5 because the hole map was misleading, and the fairway on 16 could really use some stairs. Thought I was going to eat it a couple times. Otherwise, very fun shots and super strenuous hike. Great job!
