@iraking888
Good course, although the grass is high as of right now. Very easy to traverse due to the newer metal signs.
@chubbycubby
Might favorite style of course. Well executed. Fair yet challenging and the two tee location make it good for ams and pros alike. So happy I found this one
@doug4975
Good course, love woods golf with fairways. Teepad signage lacking, but arrows on baskets pointing to next very helpful. After good woods golf, hole 18 pretty uninspiring finish.
@roadto501
A beauty! Fit for, and ready for, pro level tournaments. The middle holes are offset a bit which makes for a hike. Great network of trails for that anyhow. Soon to be a top 20 course for the Diamond State!
@cma818
I'm a relatively new player, played with three people newer than me, and we all enjoyed it! Great cement pads, and lots of room for a mostly wooded course. Good time at a nice course!
@westhemess08
This could be a great course! Very long walk between a few holes. Fairway gaps and lines are obviously but there’s a good amount of debris. Hole 18 good tee pad is so grown up it’s not playable. It is evident a lot of work has been put into this course, and it feels like it was given up on. Overall enjoyed the layout and shot shapes though.
@scroggs
Great design, nice fareways. Just need to put in tee signs. It's a must play course
@aviatorculley
Wow! I played this course about a year ago and the difference is night and day. The signage on the course is awesome! Great to see that implemented! The upkeep has shown a lot of improvement! The lanes are mowed and maintained. They even added a bridge for holes 3,4, and 5, and a bridge for hole 7! The course is looking great! The weather was beautiful! Great job to those who have worked hard to make the course so nice!
@hargettino
Fun course. Could use some bridges where course holds water. You spend a few minutes figuring out how to navigate across, multiple times. Fun course if ya are not in a big hurry. Tee boxes are excellent with longs(gold) and regular (reds). I’ll be back next time I am around that area!
@alexkent
Nice shape and distance varieties w both wooded and open holes. Needs mowing 1 - 6 currently (9/22/23) but very playable. 18 is unbearably overgrown though. I couldn’t find a clear path from 17 basket to 18 red tees. I had to bushwhack through head height thick brush and grass and just barely missed stepping on a baby copperhead right at the edge. Got lucky! Not a fast playing course because there are relatively long walks between several of the holes, especially on the back nine. Overall fun course regardless because of the variety. I’d play again if in there area. Hopefully better maintained next time.
@jimcarmical
bridge/s for hole 3,4,5 7 needs mowed Control burns yearly Tree clean up on 16
@dylgro
Love this course. Beautiful views every step you take. Recently added bridges to cross washout areas. Great layouts with some technical par4s, a few gimme par 3s, elevation changes with James Conrad sized tee pads. Please bring a bag though to pack out your trash 🙂
@colenash
Need some mando’s but super fun
@samanthawilson
This is a gnarly course. Bring your water and use your bug spray! Good holes but could use upkeep. Hole 18 short tee is near the road. You need a big arm to throw the long tee. THAT IS NOT ME!!
@loverofjesus
Needs some upkeep for sure but a phenomenal gem!
@olsonstusmc
Great fun shorts and longs. Needs better maintenance though. Long grass takes skips away.
@phillipmcclure
What a beautiful course! Truly a gem! I live on the far side of the state, so I only got to play today because I was working over this direction. I am extremely happy that I had the chance to come and play here. It is obvious that there’s ongoing development, and I’m sure there’s a few spots where bridges will eventually be put in, but man what an immense amount amount of work has gone into making this such a great place to throw plastic. Thanks and hats off to those who made it possible.
@jathankyemarks
Would recommend very nice course. Do not play after a strong rain because of drainage issues. Get a few bridges out and a five star course all day
@starmitch
Great tee pads, great baskets, great varied hole design. Maybe the best course in Arkansas
@yankee13
Bring your hiking shoes, but great layout and basket's are awesome too. Got to walk thru greens twice to get to other holes. Couple hole got to walk thru mud and brush to get across water holes. But opening day these will be fixed. Challenging even for experienced players. Just loved it. Thanks to the Carmicals for getting the course done and bringing disc golf back to Monticello.
