@raggdoll
I'm left handed and can't rotate my right, so it made it interesting.
@borser1
Well designed course for such a small area. The pro shop is amazing as well. There is some decent shot variety given the small course footprint with some trees and water hazard. Lots of crossing over other holes, confusing layout at times because multiple tee pads near each other, and some signs are missing. Holes are creative but short often re-use baskets and tee pads. It’s a cool course for where it is but doesn’t feel like a traditional course
@accollier1347
Good use of space. Shared baskets. Water shots, mando and OB make it tough. Use UDISC for main (18) layout
@denthewolf
It’s a nice quick 9 holes. Pro shop is nice the employees were very helpful.
@mrcripple
Amazing for the space they had to work with
@scoobasteve11
Thus course is definitely not a beginner course. It has quite a few very difficult shots with water hazards. Great shot variety and upkeep. The Lone Star Team is nothing but kind and they will get you a disc that works for you. Overall, an amazing course and pro shop.
@jamesqpayne
Really great 9 hole. Some dangerous water carries and OB up the difficulty. Had a blast.
@barrett81
The thing that impressed me most was how kind the staff and owners were with selection of disc, plastic, and course layout. Thanks for the new disc and great time of throwing
@stevebaugh
Pro shop: 5 stars Course: 3.5 at best? The course is a nice bonus to test the new discs you got at the pro shop, just don’t lose your new discs in the ample water hazards… nothing against the awesome folks at Lone Star, because it seems like the course is under construction (it’s currently marked as 18 holes in udisc but there are only 9 baskets), and it has potential to be a fun small-scale course.
@blakeshock
Great course, technical with well outlined OB which you don't get on a lot of courses. Water hazards so bring a disc that floats if you get nervous. No elite level distance needed which is nice as an amateur, some might feel the course plays too short/easy.
@mkirk033
Some of the holes are being moved/redesigned making it difficult to follow the course layout
@gusdid
Very helpful and kind at the pro shop. The main reason to visit would be to go to the pro store , the course itself is a nice bonus.
@dcannon86
Fun little course! Nothing super unique about it but I’m a big advocate of people just getting out and playing. So they succeeded in making a fun course in a limited area.
@pdga52497
Loved my experience and the people at the pro shop were very genuinely kind & passionate people.
@roadto500
Lone Star. What's not to love? Some water to throw into, but they let you swim if needed.
@bringnthunder
From St Louis, in town visiting family and I had to visit the pro shop and play the course. Fantastic 9 hole course that really makes use of every square inch of land. Course is under some construction, LSD is current redesigning a few holes. I had to skip hole 4 so I wouldn't be in the construction crew's way. Picked up some discs, my first LSD plastics, and they fly wonderfully!
@nickcarrolldisc
Course is kept up well and is interesting. The only bad thing is all the OB/hazards.
@sheldonj
Course is well mained and constantly improving the design. Pro Shop on site!!! Wish it were 18 holes.
