Parking is between the campground and coal museum. Signage is being worked on, and overall it has a nice variety of open and wooded holes.

Lots of walking. Holes are pretty far apart.

Well maintained. Needs signs. Looks like you may need to pay to park at the park 9 holes. I only played the museum 9.

This is 2 parks in 1. One at the actual park, one at the mining museum. The park will charge you $5 to play the first 4 holes. The museum is free to play like almost every course out there so give them some love. Go to the museum not the park in my opinion. I’m putting 3 stars for the museum being a great course, especially for beginners, especially for beginners when it comes to distance on most holes. The 2 star drop comes from the park making you pay $5 to park just to play 4 holes in the park then you can play the rest of the 9 outside of the park. That’s what I was told by the attendant at the park office.
