Very fun, big forest lines. Lots of variety. Really rough but still very playable. Use the map + stay on the fairway = super fun.

Definitely still a work in progress. A great course this will be once teepads, signs, and the fairways are beat in. Will be a 4.5 course when fully up and running. A lot of tight wooded holes

Phenomenal framework, hole design, a joy to play! With plenty of opportunity for improvement. The holes create a wonderful layout that we found a joy to shot shape our way through. The novelty of the occasional farm equipment & tree baskets further extenuates a unique feel. The reviews stating this is an "extremely hard" course felt pretty misleading in my opinion. Each hole has a very clear route or two you may throw down. While the execution can be tough for intermediate players, it doesn't ask anything too challenging. Standard throwing lines. The distances can also be misleading. The down hill nature of half the course helps considerably with the driving distances. The cons: It's hard to critique a private course on amenities, course up-keep, etc. So everything should be taken with a grain of salt. Navigation: U Disc is a must for navigation. All the holes are very easy to get to. But the dense forest nature leads to some confusion. If this wasn't a private home course, this is where I'd say "they need signage pointing where to go next" Grooming and upkeep: If this course was able to completely landscape some of the deep forest fareways, man this would truly be phenomenal. As soon as you are off the fairway it's going to get rough. Pants are a must for all the poison ivy. But, even some of the deep holes you can be on "fareway" and still be trudging through foliage. Tees: I absolutely love the tee locations and the looks from them. The struggle is, with them all being dirt, you lose confidence commiting to drives. More established tees would be a big confidence boost on a course that demands tight lines and punishing side brush. TLDR: WAY TO GO Course designer! What a treat to play, and the course felt like a love letter to Guemes. The course could use some refinement for a "smooth experience." But for the forest trudging intermediate to experienced golfer: smiling lines and throws await.

For a course that is new and still being finalized it was a lot of fun. Tee pads take some getting used to as they are sand but it didn’t negatively affect play. There are some fun and creative holes spread throughout the course. Would play again and can’t wait to see how this course develops more over time.

I can't stress how amazing this course is and is easily my new favorite course in Washington. So many amazing shot shapes, clear challenging lines. A variety of birdie chances. Every tee pad seems to have a different shot demand. It's a challenging course and once they have set tee pads it's going to be absolutely epic. 100% worth the trip out to play it!

Beautiful course set on 20 acres, family owned since 1910. Navigation using UDisc is a must. Tee pads are natural, but marked clearly with pink flags. Course is incredibly challenging, playing mainly through tightly wooded fairways with the exception of the first few holes. Owner(s) are extremely friendly. Please donate to the cause to help keep this hidden gem in play for years to come!
