About the Course

Beautiful park on the river in downtown Grand Rapids that opened on August 6th. The course plays through the slightly wooded day area making use of tall grass and OB, and also makes its way through the woods around the campground. The course has ChainStar Pro baskets and 12'x5' concrete teepads. Wooded fairways/greens will continue to be improved through 2023! This course is maintained by GAS Disc Golf and also their home course. Many improvements to come over time as GASDG is an extremely active Club with longterm plans for funding and operations.

"Great course - not exactly lengthy, but forces you to hit your lines and be intentional with your shot shapes. Wooded holes are still rough around the edges but will shape up nicely with normal wear from play. Definitely a great addition to the area!"

"Really fun park style course. Just a few holes that didn’t make a lot of sense (thinking of hole 11). Also some missed opportunities for some beautiful signature holes (see photo by me), but other than those it’s a great course. Love the tea pads and signs. Hopefully no flooding next time I play it. There was standing water all over the place. "
