This course is just a rock away from being abandoned. The tree pad are in terrible condition, if they exist at all, and holes three and four are so overgrown you could argue they are unplayable. The shot variety isn't much to speak of either. The thing is, this property has potential and with some work this could be a really cool nine hole. As it is though, I wouldn't bother.
