@howiesolo
The course itself is much more fun than 3.1 rating suggests. Rough pads and ok enough baskets. High grass a lot of the time.
@briancorrell20
This course needs SERIOUS TLC. The grass is very over overgrown, the tee pads are missing or are just dirt strips, the baskets are broken and tilted, and the experience overall is just not good. The mosquitos and ticks were extremely bad as well. The shot difficulty is fair, a couple of tricky shots around trees, but some of the holes are very far for par 3's and there were a couple of tee pads that weren't even used on the main 10 that could be used to make it an 18 hole course.
@cole96
Great sunset at the end. Overall great game
@tvs587b
This little park could be a really nice disc golf course with some TLC and effort by Springfield Park Board to improve it. Currently the baskets are really old; several tee boxes are minuscule, if not non-existent; course signage is nothing more than a wooden post with a number on it (if the post is even present); and navigating the course without the UDisc app isn't possible. Still it's a fun little course with some variety and moderate terrain changes to keep it interesting.
@wesley53
They definitely tried, but it didn't work out in the end. It's a course I'll play once and probably never again, locating tees and baskets are a struggle, especially with how inconsistent the tee areas and baskets are
@clemster
Needs more upkeep, unfortunately. Lots of potential and used to be better, but has fallen out lately. Signage is not accurate or even present on many holes, and lots of the same (longer) shots. 10 holes but plenty of space could be a good 18.
@rossd2995
Great so what challenging course, little out dated little to no tee markers or maps, Will play again !
@megmeg93
Somebody went & cut basket 9 & stole it. How pathetic.
@awedd18
Super disappointing course. How they can fit 18 at Tom Watkins but 10 here is a shame. Holes 2-5 are the same 420 foot shot. Tee pads are skinny and 4 feet long. Bad course
@lucasadair
Tee pads are a bit small, and a couple holes can get pretty swampy after it rains, but there's lots of shade and the mapping was designed with care (except that the signage is missing entirely now) Udisc makes that problem miniscule, but it would be impossible to navigate now without the app.. This course may be short, but where it lacks distance, it makes up for in difficulty with many holes placed directly behind large trees or through long gap shoots.
@stpancakes07
Needs a redesign, maintenance and new tee pads. The interesting shot shapes you wonβt get on other courses are quickly overshadowed by poor maintenance and lack of course direction.
@bobafeet
BEWARE people who play the full 20 option act like they own the course and won't respect other players when it starts getting busy. Happened for the third time yesterday. The courses in this area are amazing but the community yet again acts like arrogant "pros". We all have carts and backpacks full of discs, get over yourself.
@ryanpowell912
Needs pads and signage and it could be a 5 star. Fun course with plenty of holes that are a challenge to birdie
@saucerbosser
Needs a mow job
@steverator
Terrible course, I've played here often it really lacks maintenance. Needs drainage pipes for water. Tee pads to be bigger. Trees need to be maintained better. More signage for players who don't have Udisc pro. Overall terrible course
@jnogalski
Tough course, due to trees and few directional signs. Almost lost discs
@mboehner
Quick 10 hole layout in need of major TLC and renovation. Potential to be nice 9 hole course fo4 McBride area.
