This is a great woods course. I would recommend playing with a friend to help in spotting shots. It’s challenging, but there are some good opportunities to gain strokes back on some short baskets. Great signage, and benches at every tee. Lots of up and down hiking too. One of the only nitpicks is this course has prodigy baskets.

I really like this course but first off......GREEN BASKETS......Big no no. (And Prodigy as well...awful cross chain design for many reasons....mostly based on tension and spit outs) anyway the baskets...They are invisible in spring/summer and also hard for Red/Green colorblind folks. They all need orange flags or better yet.. just swap them over to Mesker OG and bring the White Baskets to Woods. As for the course. Love it Super fun from the pads and some nice alternative short pads for less skilled or player with less distance. Rough is there but not brutal. Hole 2 might be my hole 2 in my Dream 18. It's Excellent enough alone to make the trip. The must play course in Evansville.
@loganf
Fantastic course with lots of creative shots... Some real elevation, yet tighter fairways. Loved it!
@relicfunkadelic
Not sure how this is a 4.3 star course. Absolutely beautiful. Challenging holes. Ace runs. Really fun tunnel shots. Elevation change. Baskets and teepads everywhere. Maintained grassy fairways. Rough that gets you in trouble but doesn’t ruin your round. This course has it all! One of my favorites. I wish I lived nearby!
@bearballs
Heavily watered course, elevation, change, if you’re thinking about throwing two off the tee don’t.
@yoinksmcdoinks
A lot of the same shot repeated, but solid woods golf. Really would be nice to have bathrooms and a water fountain
@kingbryn
Recent storms have knocked down tons of branches and small trees so keep a lookout for them on both the Woods and OG
@fishcat182
Played here while on a trip from Kentucky. Fun course with a lot of elevation, making simple holes a little bit more difficult. The rough was dead from the winter when I played making it a little easier as well.
@jghughesjrny
Course was fun and loved the variety. Baskets should be painted yellow for ease of seeing. If anyone finds a pink Westside Tursas on hole 16 please contact us. My wife's drive hit a tree and we couldn't locate the disc. Please call/text 518-225-7438. Thank you.
@crunchydg
Can be rough if it's slick, heavy prodigy baskets, could use some updated signs.
@zonborph
This is a difficult wooded course, made more difficult by the elevation. The baskets need flags, and if you have a course in the woods, don't paint the baskets FREAKING GREEN. This course is difficult to play solo, because when you go off the fairway (which you will a lot) there are lots of ravines and drop offs that make it difficult to find your disc. Also, some of the elevations are very steep for people with mobility issues.
@aaronwolfgang
Absolutely perfect. Wish I could give it 6 stars.
@tgrady18
Really fun challenging technical wooded course. Much longer than UDisc says. Crazy amount of blind shots though, best to have a spotter. Super easy to navigate.
@holmesmlh
Pretty tight lines on some holes but not terrible if you stay safe. Tons of hills, my cheeks and quads will never be the same. Course seems pretty heavily trafficked from all the trash I saw. I got some of it but don't be a scumbag, pick up your shit.
@adamelpers
Little overgrown but still in great shape. When she’s mowed she’s a top 3 course in the tri-state imo
@jscheller
Playing the woods is always a good time. I'm always amazed to see trash that has been left on our course. It's a simple process, bring it in and take it out.
@joepkeith
Tough course for novice players, many blind baskets. A great challenge!
