@tneville92
To much overgrown mesquite trees. It’s hard to find both tee boxes basically non existent and holes hidden in trees. The holes are old and outdated. This course has potential if the city were to actually take care of it.
@vbdubs
Overall, the course is great. It’s tough. It’s challenging. This course is not for the lame you need to be good shaping all shots. thorns are not bad need to stay out of trees. Course is not for ametures plenty of shade and benches.
@joshualawton7
Thorn Bushes Everywhere. Can’t find any of the holes
@hendersonjosiah
Thorny bushes for the whole course. No tee boxes. Poor upkeep, and doesn’t have the feel of a full 18
@brianphillips
No real tee pads, course flow is odd, and the fact they made this a 18 holes with 9 baskets alot of issues going on here
@djcameron127
The mesquite trees are way overgrown. There’s no clear path from .8 point B if you grow into the trees, you’ll never get it back. The thorns are 2 inches long in some of them.
@dkurth76
walk the course before you throw. hard to find the right pin.
@jeremye
This course dose need some upkeep done and could use some better signage and tees, but it is still a fun course. Yes lots of stickery trees to get caught in, still really fun.
@htwn88
Trees/bushes force shot selection for low power arms. Big arms can usually just go over everything except for a few baskets.
@chivvvv
Very much not worth the time… repetitive hyzer shots over thorny mesquite trees. The blindness of every hole could be cool, but it’s literally every hole. Plus the baskets are garbage, along with the teepads being 80% dirt. Tee signs are also very hard to follow, I had to walk every hole before taking my shot
@jasmski
Played two holes and left because it’s just not fun. I don’t mind playing a course I’m just not good at, but it’s no fun fishing your disc out of a thorny mesquite tree (even with a 14’ retrieval tool) if you don’t have a perfect shot.
@zebrairons
Two stars for being an open course, but worst course I've ever seen. Teepads missing on most holes, signs missing, treed overgrown.
@septemburs
Course sucks only good thing is there’s a bathroom on the parking lot. Way overgrown
@sdietri2
Slightly Better than it’s rated, it’s overgrown, throws go across other fairways and most of the baskets are blind
@pdbenedict
There’s a port-a-John, that’s the highlight of the course. If trees were trimmed could be a great course, otherwise terrible. Baskets bad, tee boxes bad, signs bad, just a bad course.
@stepcar
Very hard: tight lines, almost all blind tees, lots of hyzer/anhyzer shots. Making a par is an achievement. Two ace runs. Tons of mesquites with big thorns. Wear pants, bring gloves. Not upkept well at all; some teepads unplayable (currently: 11 is inside a mesquite tree). Missing teepads. Signs are wrong for distance. Long drivers can attack the pin on all but a couple holes. Short throwers beware: approaches are HARD. A long thrower and a short thrower playing together might have very, very different scores.
@samsthrowin
I wanted to like this course so bad, especially after driving all the way here from uptown phoenix. The course has 9 baskets that are janky, shotty at best, and the 18 doubles on holes. Fairly clear in terms of throw crossing other fairways. I was the only one at the course the whole time i played there. some serious maintenance needs to be done to the trees with thorns on them to make holes more accessible and more playable. Literally play anywhere else
@natemower
This course was more technical than i thought it would be. Plenty of blind tee shots and the trees aren’t tall but you still have to get around them. A good mix of distances. It’s rough here though. Easy to lose a disc in the trees and the trees have sharp thorns.
@iamron23
Fun, but very challenging. Some unmarked tees can be a challenge. But still fun.
