@andrewouzts
Great course and shot varieties. Will be even better once all tee pads are complete and permanent signage installed.

@caleblapp08
Nice course with you plenty of variety. A few fairways could use some cleanup

@coleinonee
Needs to be rated higher as the course went through a redesign, and is incredible, lots of shot variety and amazing combination of completely open shots along with some wooded holes, lots of cool ace runs throughout the course. Truly worth a play when around. Lots of holes have great forehand lines along with the standard backhand ones which is a unique plus. The baskets are good chains too

@turkeytom
Some tee pads missing. Fun course some great line and long holes.

@jtclark2
The course redesign is incredible. I highly recommend that everyone gets out there and tries this course. Excellent shot variety with a mix of open distance shots and technical wooded lines. They are still working on tee pads and signage but the course has brand new baskets and tee pads on about 1/3 of the holes. Very fun, go support state parks!

@iamthebman13
Its a fun playable course. Very little signage and a couple of tee pads to play off of but that is getting handled. The udisc app is a little off but you can find your way of your looking

@laneyoder08
This course is pretty decent as of lately, all 18 holes have Discraft Chainstar Pro baskets. Each tee has a temporary tee sign🪧, most of the tees are natural turf, and some are concrete. The fairways have seen a ton of maintenance to them on the wooded holes. Great course, will definitely play again if the opportunity comes.

@kylegray
Course is undergoing a re design. Beyond ready to have it back. There are playable holes currently but not a full 18. With a few new holes and the brand new baskets it’s gonna be something to check out.

@jeckyll
Can tell it was once great. Neglect and construction have made this course less than ideal. neglect has brought a lot of rotten Signage and Benches, erosion covered or missing tee pads, poor trail marking and missing baskets (hole 13). Construction has eliminated holes 4-5-10-11-12-14-15-16-17. Could easily be an amazing course, unfortunately its not even close to a mediocre course.

@derikanderson5
Great course. Needs a few tee pads. But progress is here
@johnhyde3
Sadly 0.5 stars is generous. From entering the park, there is no signage. Of the 6 “playable” holes, only half had tee pads. None had any signs. UDisc helps, but the baskets are very hard to locate. And I had to pay for this experience! Please don’t repeat my mistake… P.S. To UDisc, please remove this from the maps!

@bplieb
This is a great course with all manner of demanding shots and some pretty unique holes for the central MS area. Not a good course for beginners, however. But if you’re shooting about even par at the reservoir courses in the Jackson area, make the short drive. Three half star deductions for: rotted tee signs, only some concrete tee pads, and a bit much ground cover/ undergrowth on some holes though the fairways are also somewhat maintained, at least spottily.

@cctoney
Cool little Course. Mix of really easy and really hard shots.
@chazquatch
Pretty tough course. Easy to lose a disc on a poor shot. Needs new signs but easy to navigate with UDisc. Neature. Really fun and satisfying overall.
@lafayette
Not well kept up. Signs falling n missing. Hilly n woody n water.
@andrewjakab
Nice layout of holes, #4 is a beautiful hole over water. Pretty easy to follow the tees. Park at brown conference building before hole 1. Worth the drive to play.
@jmott17
So, Morton is definitely my nightmare course, as far as my local courses. Went there today, optimistic. Been a while, thought I am a bad*$& now and gonna make the course my bi@&h! I left there today, changed. A broken man. It’s not over...

@mtoddm
Don’t pay to enter and play this course currently. The course has been basically closed for over a year due to a huge construction project. Once construction is completed hopefully there will be a complete course redesign. The old moccasin bend course will be greatly missed.

@tylerholeman
Great course with many challenging tight lines. When kept up its a beautiful place to play.
