The bones of a very good course that is only going to improve over time. Feels very new, but with that being said it has the structure to be one of the best in the state. Feels like a combination of Fox and Brewster at Smuggs.

Best new course on the scene in Vermont! Must play - incredible, unique mix of golf course holes and tight wooded courses.

@hendoslice
At the time of writing, the course is brand new. It has a lot of different types of shots. There are no permanent tee pads and signage isn't in yet but the course looks great and the design is a lot of fun.

Sweet course ... a hell of a hike and some crazy long par 5 armbusters. Hole #8 uphill into the woods is brutal, downhill bombs on holes #5 and #15 are great fun. Needs permanent teepads and signs for all 18 holes, and a snack bar about halfway through haha and it would be perfection

@robmurray
Just hat Vermont needs, a big open park style course (with some good woods holes as well). Lots to love, and can't wait to see it develop/grow!

LOVE this course already. Played it in cold, rainy, lousy weather and still had a blast walking this track on an incredible property. Huge, sweeping open par 4s and 5s. Well-designed tight but fair wooded lines. Tons of elevation. This could be a signature course in VT, especially once all tee pads are in and the wooded holes beat in a bit. I’ll be curious to see how well it’s mowed in the warmer months; it’ll need it on the open holes. Can’t wait to keep playing here and thankful for the vision, design, and support from Montpelier for this.

It's a brand new course, so there's still lots to be done in terms of putting in tpads and hole maps, but it's my favorite course in Vermont so far. Lots of fun par 4s and 5s and a really good balance between long open distance shots and wooded technical ones.

Hell yeah.
