New course through pine forest—entirely wooded. Large parking lot with port-a-potty. Two, well-made tee pads per hole. Tight lines on most of the holes test ability to hit gaps. Cart-friendly. Pine needle forest floor makes it easy to find errant shots. Overall a nice stroll thru the woods. Aced hole 4 which was a treat!

This course is very wooded and extremely tight. On 2/3 of the tee pads, I had absolutely no idea what gap I was trying to hit. I was just grabbing my luckiest disc and throwing in the direction of the basket. If you enjoy walking into a dense woods and throwing your disc at a random target 200 feet away, this is the perfect course for you. I think the property has a lot of potential, but in my opinion needs a lot of work to make it into a fun and fair course that I would enjoy playing more often. This course is like arguing with your spouse, sometimes there is no correct answer and you just have to pray you get lucky. So if you decide to play this course, my advice is to pick your one lucky disc, leave your bag in your car and go gallivanting through the woods. Don’t ask yourself, “Is this disc right for the shot?” Instead just believe in your heart that today is your lucky day and your disc has what it takes to make it through that tree somehow. The key to playing this course is remembering that the course gives and takes, and being a tree hugger also helps with your morale. God forbid we cut that one tree down that’s right in the middle of the “fairway”!

It’s a brand new course, good job John, nice design. With a little TLC from the locals, this can be a great wooded course. What club is gonna take this under their jurisdiction?

This is a great course with a good mix of shots. I will make it a point to play there again.

Very Wooded, stay in the middle is the name of the game decent amount of left to right shots from the shorts. Great compliment to the open course right down the road!
