Course was lacking. Not great spots but ok use. Water ditch is right in the middle of most holes. With tee pad 2 being practically in it. Water is gross. Tee pad 4 is missing gravel. Starting spot is all the way across the complex. Would be better if it was 18 holes. But even then you have to be spot on unless you want to hit a building or be in the street/ditch. Props for trying but not a favorite. Worth the visit but wont go again.

This “course” is strange. 9 baskets & 9 tee-pads surrounding some apartments. Good effort to install 9 holes. Nice Innova baskets. Tee-pads are a little washed out already. Multiple holes have you throwing in between the apartment complex & bring in the chance to hit a window. Saw 1 window already broken alongside hole #8. I can see lots of property damage happening if unskilled players are throwing this course. I feel like it could work if the course was slightly re-designed on a few holes. For now, it’s a bit sketchy. If you live in these apartments, it’s a good place to practice putting & short shots. Not worth driving out of the way to play.

A great opportunity for those who live there.

A neat concept and I wish I had a course at my apartment complex with good tee areas and baskets. Almost no shot variety except don't hit the buildings or throw in the road. The course weaves over a drainage ditch which means bad footing, death putts, and wet discs. There's enough property to make a full 18 hole loop that would make this better. I wouldn't go out of my way to play here

Better than you’d think. The tight lines with the apartments and road made for more interesting play honestly
