About the course
This is an unofficial object court created and maintained by an ankeny resident. It is not maintained by the parks department. 1. Hole one tee is the where the path converges by the park sign, pin is marked with wood steak, if steak is not there use the third tree on the left hand side of the path closest to the bridge. 2. Hole two tee is in front of the bridge from the path. Pin is marked with wood steak, if missing use tree closest to the clearing apex. 3. Hole three tee is on top of the grass mound marked by large flat rock in ground. Pin is over the path to the right nestled in trees. If pin is missing use smaller tree behind large pine. 4. Hole four tee is from the path where it is straight before the bend. Pin is over path, if pin is missing use tree closest to trash can. 5. Hole five tee is from the path next to trash can. Pin is near large pine next to hole one tee. If pin is missing use tree closest to drinking fountain. 6. Hole six tee is the NW corner of the parking lot from throw from the grass not the parking lot. Pin is dog leg to the left. Any yards are OB. If pin is missing use the light pole furthest to the north (brown paint) 7. Hole seven tee is next to medium sized deciduous tree. Pin is noth of gazebo, if pin is missing use tree north of gazebo closest to parking lot. 8. Hole eight tee is on cement from NE corner of gazebo. Pin is wooden steak on top of hill nestled in trees. If pin is missing use brown brown light pole nearest to the cul-de-sac. 9. Hole nine tee is from other corner of gazebo (SE). Pin is behind large tree on raised flat area near cul-de-sac. If pin is missing use fire hydrant near cul-de-sac.

More fun than I thought it would be. No kids when I was playing but you have to be careful bc there are usually lots of kids running around the park area and throwing over sidewalks

Nice course. Seems like a good place for a permanent course.
