@nworbehc
wish I could rate this higher but the grass is usually too high to play through and the shots aren’t too interesting. it’s built on what is basically a marsh too so lots of chances to lose discs in water + jack up yer shoes
@jtnorton
Needs cleaning and get the homeless people off the property front nine wooded area by 8 and a homeless couple camped out right at 16 unplayable (caution they have a dog chained up right next to basket DONT THROW TO IT) maybe a better rating if I come through the area again at some point and they clean it up. Little bit of everything expect pro distances. A good course
@gpurdy
Severely overgrown. Burs everywhere. You will lose a disc or two. My friends said they would never play this course again. Cleaned up, I would.
@agrant2014
Long tees give a bit of a challenge. Interesting layout and use of bowl around the lake. Wood holes play very tight, open hills are very open
@jeffnintzel
fun!
@johnnycrosslin
Nice course!
@abrittain80
They have finally fixed the course and cleared out the overgrowth in the woods holes. They have also added new tee pads. It is now playable again. Still muddy after it rains. Fun course.
@aswisher50
8 needs variety of tees to accommodate for the seasons. The current tee works well when it’s dry. The bridge needs to be extended for flooded times.
@americasass
Seems like upkeep on the wooded holes has been abandoned. Not even worth playing at this point. Stick with creekside.
@kbikeman
The course needs some TLC. The fairways need mowing and if you leave the rough areas to grow those areas will lose alot of discs. The tees are great, love em!
@srk3352
Really Nice course!!
@steiniv
Great layout but this needs professional level equipment to clear out holes 5-8. 8 in particular is unplayable for a newer player. I appreciate all the hard work from the volunteers, but further development will require hired help and a serious overhaul
@ltsibley
Updated review 9/6/21: Second time playing this course. I appreciate the updated layout and effort that has gone into this new course. The wooded holes still need a little work with clearing, especially hole 8. Overall the course is good but the City of Denton is ruining it by not mowing. When you can lose a disc in the middle of the fairway due to high grass, that’s unacceptable. The city needs to keep up with mowing.
@craiglay99
If you like losing discs in the fairway, this is the place for you
