I have enjoyed the course and have played with my workmates several times now. I found that a few longer holes could have been treated as 4 par instead of 3 on the front 9, as they are on the back 9, inexplicably. That could just be me and my inexperience with the game, however. Better players will handle the distance without issue, I imagine. The tee areas are basically large dirt divots that have been worn down to the tree roots from use, but this is easily circumvented by teeing off from either side of them if necessary. I highly recommend using uDisc to keep track of tee “pad” locations when playing for the first time. The physical marking of the holes is not great overall, but better than nothing in the non-winter months. Not a big fan of the homeless people leaving their stuff and camp fire remains (or arson attempts - not sure sometimes) around the area, but that’s the only evidence I have seen of them over several visits. The course could be better, but is good enough to play some reasonably challenging rounds. Very open in spots, so good for working on your drives, or experimenting with Thumbers, Tomahawks, or forehand throws. The location is interesting - nestled into an industrial area keeps it relatively clear of pedestrians, but is probably why homeless people are drawn to it as well. I rated 4 out of 5 because I always enjoy the course with my friends, but the Tee areas and hole marking really need improving.
