Oak Stone Farms is a very well maintained course with loads of potential. The course is extremely beginner friendly, which feels intentional by the course owner as this course features SIX par 4 holes that are sub 350’!!! This soft par course will serve well in growing the sport in an area that doesn’t have a lot of disc golf, but won’t keep serious players coming back. (I shot -14 with my off hand and my step father who’s played 5 times in his life shot +1) In the future, I’d suggest implementing a pro par (par 54) layout on Udisc. If this course was anywhere else than Burlington Maine, it would be a par 54. I’d also like to see a pro layout, featuring legit 400-500’ par 4’s, there is plenty of space for it, and I also think there is a missed opportunity not using the large field in the middle of the course for a bomber hole. For the above reasons, Oak Stone Farms gets a solid 4 stars, can’t wait for our next visit next year!

This is my kind of course! One of the best backyard courses I’ve ever played. Definitely worth going out of your way to play. Located on a family farm with super nice owners. Good use of space, good variety of shots with fun shot shapes. Mix if par 3s and 4s with some open and some wooded holes. Some of the baskets are on rocks or walls that give the course some fun character. Very small-town Maine feel. Hole 13 and 14 are in development, so I am excited to come back when they are finished. Thanks for putting in the work to make such a good course, especially in northern Maine that is largely course-bare. 10/10.
@nfidke
I very much so enjoy those course. Well maintained, beautiful scenery. Awesome course to play in. Can't wait for the full 18

What a hidden gem! This course is shaping up fantastically. The course conditions were amazing. You can really tell this course is loved and cared for.
@prodigy1prime
Great course and well worth the journey to play. You can’t beat $5/day, the closest to a free park-style course that you’ll find in Maine. The owner, Tim, loves the game and you can tell when you play here.
@tipsymoose
This place is really shaping up to be a nice course. The avid disc golfer will enjoy the more challenging aspects of the course while also being beginner friendly. The course is still healing in some places but you can see the love put into every corner. This is the way disc golf should be.
@jayohheeh
New modern disc golf course with a wide variety of holes. There's uphill, downhill, open field, and wooded holes and a combination of all of the above. All the tees are marked with a map of the hole and each pin has an arrow to the next. Pretty dry as well, compared to a lot of the courses that are pretty wet throughout the year.
@kyledogftw
Great upkeep, love the placards for the holes... very easy to navigate. Can't wait to come back for the back nine!
@jbissell930
Really fun course! Lots of time has clearly been put into the creation and upkeep here.
@treebeard77
In town from Seattle area and drove 1.5 hours to play. It was an amazing course - even being a work in progress. Every hole was fun to play, but challenging, too. If I'm close again I'm definitely coming back. The owner was great and played the round with us. Good memories!
@bradyharding
Great course!
@dougiefresh4207
This course will be a wonderful addition to Maine's Disc Golf scene. I am very excited for tee boxes. Very beautiful course, run by great people. (Updated 4/15/23) more tee pads are in! Course is coming along swimmingly!!! (Update 8/12/23) got to try hole 10, dogleg left. There is a gap you could shoot through..... if you dare. Fun hole can't wait for all 18!
@randyelden
The owners met us when we arrived, super nice. Course was well layed out and had several unique holes. Easy to navigate after an overview from the owner. We'll worth the drive from camp. Ready to go back soon and looking forward to the back 9 in a few years.
@easyputt
This course is incredibly beautiful right now! A must play whether you are local or visiting from another area!
@nelsons2011
Great course! Like how it has a variety of fairways. Some wooded and some open. Allows practice in different terrain.
@jackthelegend
Great course overall. At the time of playing it there were only 6 holes done but it was still a well designed course. The owners were very nice and friendly. Would play again
