About the course

Great course for recreational and championship level play. Redesigned by John Houck not too long ago, but some of his new design was altered — not sure how much. The original layout of the course was one of the first 10 courses John Houck designed.

Loved everything about this course! Took about 2 hours as a solo player. Lots of variety from some wide open shots to a lot of tight shots through the woods. After 13 however, I couldn’t figure out where to go as there was a construction site. I think after some searching I stumbled into number 15 but couldn’t figure out how to get to 14. Besides that love it!

Don’t be fooled by the first 4, the final 14 holes are VERY technical - a great test. Quite scenic with some topography changes. This is one of the most aesthetically pleasing courses around. The course could use some stairs on holes 9 and 11.
