Will scuff your disc. Desert dry wash -water sometimes present which increase difficulty. Fun, hot, dusty, and challenging. Front 9 is old and easy to navigate. Back 9 is newer without concrete tees, across the street from front 9. Harder to navigate. Update 2/6/15: Concrete tee pads recently installed for all holes. Thanks to the course volunteers.
