@jhunt984
Good course wide open holes. Look at the map and UDisc map needs some updates.
@bigmikediscgolf
The new planted trees help but this course could be redesigned.
@sammcmalone
Average park course. Love the baskets, but the shot variation is minimal. 90% wide open holes with different distances. UDisc is off on the back 9 for a couple holes. Back 9 is bomber friendly. I’m a 950 MA1 player and shot -13 experimenting with 2 new discs and missing a few 40 footers. It’s cake if you can throw 350+. Once some of these trees grow up this could be an awesome course. Wind would help give it some teeth as well.
@dirtrat12
It’s a park course the new landscaping going in may make it better in the future but currently it’s just average
@ajrice
The layout is terrible. No difference in the holes except for the distance and a few trees scattered around. You have to walk a good bit and cross paths of other holes to get to the tee pad. The course doesn’t make sense and there is not much of a challenge. Could be a good course if the adjusted stuff.
@ncraft150
If the course designer was looking to make a long beginner course then he succeeded. This could be a much better course if the property was used better. I liked the point that it was completely different than the other courses in the area. It suited my purpose for seeing how my discs would fly at sea level and just stretch my legs after driving 2 days from north east ohio. I won't go back during my 9 day stay in the area.
@mattydeuces
Fun can be had on the Front 9, but the back stretch is half-baked, hazardous, and needs a rework. Overall very thankful for a new course in the area and hopeful needed improvements can be worked out. This will be unbearable in the summer.
@orangej00s
The middle holes are a bit on top of each other, otherwise I like it.
@jpvand24
If there’s an open field closer to you go with that. you’ll get the same experience without walking paths, other baskets, and other tee pads in your lines.
@mylan97
Terrible layout. Whoever designed this had never played a round in there life
@wazlib
What’s are basically all the same. Poor design choices as fairways cross and you are constantly having to look to make sure you won’t be hit. They definitely should have asked for more input from the disc golf community when designing this course.
@tileguy91
I really wanna love this course. But the layout is absolutely awful on the back nine. And putting a 600 foot part four on 17 followed by a 200ish shooting right towards the park?
@eashotts
This layout is an insurance liability. Hole 4 needs reversed for better flow but holes 9-12, 16 & 17 need to be completely redesigned to prevent players and sidewalk pedestrians alike from being hit. Shot variety is kind of lacking too: nearly same shot shape every hole, just different distances. 17's teepad is facing the wrong direction completely; points directly back to 16's basket. With a redesign this could be a very very good course; course/park developers need to actually let disc golfers design new courses rather than parks and rec dept planners who have no idea what they're doing just winging it.
@chase35
Is a fun course, however some if the tee shots require you to throw directly at another group, or Fairway
@nomadmick
I understand it’s new, but a lot of the holes could be spiced up a bit. Put some in the trees more, add some mandos, make a couple island holes, put a triple mando structure on one of them… something to spice up the monotony some. Lots of ants around tee pads so be careful where you put your bag.
@fretwell2233
It is great having a new style of course in the area; however, the design would be enjoyed more if disc golfers were consulted by the parks department. The holes are fun, but there is a lot of danger with grouping of holes intersecting on another. The park is fun and has a lot of potential. There are simple fixes that can be done to improve people’s safety and the enjoyment of the course.
@kentsmith21
I love this course! Glad to have a new place to throw in the area! Looking forward to having a scorecard on UDisk to keep score!
@dstub9
The course is great. It’s a great addition to the area. The playground is awesome. The track looks awesome. The course has a Lexington terrace vibe. Very open. The back 9 are almost all over 300’. Hole 17 is 601’. They could clean up the course from the construction a little bit better. But overall, it’s really good. We enjoyed it.
