GD ITS HOT! Great course. Well designed and a lot of fun shots. Played the AM tees and was pleased with the course as a whole. The only problem for me was the gnats and horse flies. It’s the beginning of summer though so kind of expected in Florida. Gonna try and play a winter round here and then maybe it won’t be so bad and I can focus more on the fun of the course. More a me thing dealing with the heat than an everybody thing though.

Overall it's a decent course, but im not a fan of the blind par 3 holes, they are unsafe when you have casual or novice players that don't look ahead
@gbryant328
Excellent.
@iveyvine
Great course well maintained. Had a bunch of L shaped holes (2/3) otherwise fun times.
@jarebare2019
Great course with an excellent mix of shots. Only negative is the few tweener holes on the short layout..
@brandosolo
A very good course. I played the shorts and it was great. Clean, well marked, and I thought the mulched fairways was a nice addition. Highly recommend this course!
@tdiddz
Two thirds wooded. One third open. Most holes have a short and long tee pad. The rough is thin enough that you can just wander in and pick up your disc, but thick enough that there is not much room to scramble.
@phattyrinks
Excellent course from the longs. Super fun to play, love the fairways.
@ncatron406
Really loved the course. Lots of doglegs in the woods and the open holes were a bit repetitive, but I really enjoyed all the shots. A bit longer course. Signs don’t really do justice to what the hole actually does, most of them are much more extreme. If it says go left, go lefter. If it does an s curve, it’s a much deeper a curve. Overall, would love to play again and learn the course.
@dmottley
A real 4+ course geared towards longer throwers.
@culturedpunk
Great job guys this is an amazing course for intermediate players. Nice mix of lines. It starts with to back hand straight shots then you head into the woods and everything is unique.
@alanh1964
Very good course! Worth the drive if your anywhere close. Fun design, beautiful fairways, very well marked directions between holes. A real gem! I would play the shorts if you want to really enjoy it.
@sbryan89
Really fun course. Great lines but will test ability to scramble if you miss the fairway.
@recrob
Course has been trimmed even more since the first tournament! Looks amazing so far for a young course.

Located 15 mins north of I-10, Blackwater is a challenging but fair wooded course. The short tees are perfect for those rec/int players, with the longs suiting adv/pro level players. Tee pads are great, signage is effective, and baskets are in good shape. The course offers a variety of shot shapes with tight lines and a few open holes to mix things up. Parking is generally abundant outside of weekends where football or baseball are going on. The bathrooms are only open during those times. Overall, Blackwater is a great course and a must play if you are in the area.

This course will have growing pains, but it is a blast. Perfect addition to the type of courses we have in the area.
