Baskets are hard to find and hidden behind trees. Remove those and you have a 5 star course with the 5 star views
@easystreetben
Beautiful mountain course! Feels great to throw on unique lines and have natural objects making each shot different and difficult. Top quality design, tee pads and signs at each hole. The only issue is the amount of blind baskets could desperately use flags on top of each basket. Unless you really know the layout, it's going to be completely blind throws or walks halfway down the fairway.
@ddetscher
Great course. Nice signage and different tee positions. Baskets are a little shallow.
@putterem
An amazing course with so much to offer. Gorgeous views and amazing terrain. Ideal location. Although I would like to have seen a few more holes play near the lake, I liked the use of the elevation and the natural obstacles. This course would be a little easier for beginners to navigate if the course manager used dog leg left and right adjustments for the fairway path on the U disk map itself. It was a little challenging to know where to throw if you have never played the course before. My only other critiques would be to have a little more fairway designated so it’s not spike hyzer after spike hyzer. Clearing out a few trees, not many, would require people to hit more designated, fairways, and craft lines in the air. Holes 18, 19, 21, 25 and 26 just to name a few. I also noticed very few of the tee sign distances are correct but no big deal. Overall, the course was great and I really enjoyed it. I would love to play this again in the future when coming through this area.
@akt1ondiscgolf
Best course in the area, 27 holes of easy walking through the woods on sandy soil. Hot? Jump in the water. Seating on every hole, accurate tee signs, solid basic concrete pads. Great design. Baskets can spit out strong putts. Ill play this over anything in Breck, Dillon area. Check out my round at Akt1ondiscgolf on YT.

I got a chance to stop by Frisco and play nine holes on my way through Colorado. When the description says blind pins, they really mean blind pins. They have new pin maps at tees, but pin locations and maps don’t always jive. This isn’t a complaint, but I didn’t think the distances listed on UDisc were accurate. Some seemed shorter, others longer. Is that possible?
@kirkegaard
Normally I wouldn't rate so harshly fot such a beautiful course with great fairways, but course design WTF? Why is almost every hole blind? It's completely unnecessary to put a basket behind the one tree so you can't see the basket. Doesn't change the shot at all. Just kinda weird
@johnjohn847
Tee signs are useless and confusing. Played to the wrong basket on multiple holes. Especially on the back back 9. This would be a great course but the tee signs make it frustrating.
@joshschloe
Well maintained course. Lots of blind shots and tee signs aren’t very helpful on some.
@alexhallumsdisc
Beautiful 27 hole layout running alongside Lake Dillon. Technical & heavily wooded. Lots of lines to hit. Nice mix of distances and forehand/backhand shots. Amazing views. Super fun course. Don’t think about too much, just come play Frisco!
@ilewis
Front 18 is just what you want out of a mountain course. Unfortunately the back 9 isn’t quite there yet. There aren’t many true fairways, you mostly just throw over the trees and hope you have a putt. Definitely worth playing the original 18 though.
@pagehouse
Loved the woods. Several open shots too. Good for working on you technique in tighter spaces.
@jberwanger
Gorgeous course, great signage, fantastic flow. One of my favorites in CO! Don’t play the last 9. It isn’t worth it. Basically every hole is blind, and you’re just throwing a praying. There are no lines to get to the baskets unless you have a huge overhand/grenade. Need to remove some trees to make this actually playable.
@lotrfreak
Fun gaps to hit. Most lines are stock hyzers or straight. Can be hard to find the baskets sometime but the signage helps. Fairly open for a mountain course. Wish they could make some holes longer, most of the distances are 300 or less. New 9 is less interesting, just play the first 18 again.
@denverdoug
Its amazing
@carsontwillis
Beautiful surroundings, otherwise underwhelming. Almost every shot is blind, some of the baskets are pretty hard to find and the tee signs don't really help. Holes 19-27 are almost completely over the top shots
@bckcntryskr
The original 18 is an absolutely fabulous course. The “new” 9 is tighter and the baskets are mostly guarded. Unfortunately the grounds crew (town) does not always update the pin placements on UDisc., but the signs are usually accurate. The baskets are “dated”. Not the best place for the beginner family of 7 with 12 discs.
@ntbjounin
First 18 very well marked last 9 not so much. I udisc mapped it
