Technical, low ceiling, narrow alleys, people/bikes/dogs everywhere. I recommend

Here visiting from out of town. This course is a private course for the residents. We did not play. Not sure if we could have just played as long as we were respectful but being from out of town we decided not to take the chance.

With what the course designer was given this is an amazing course. Wish holes were upgraded, obviously have to wait for walkers a bit and some of the lines are not doable on a par 3 but otherwise what a excellent course!

Great course to beat the wind and lots of shade. There can be a lot of pedestrian traffic as the layout plays down a narrow walking path, weekends more than weekdays.
