Poorly marked tee pads, and difficult to find some baskets even walking down the fairways.

There are numerous fallen trees. Most of them look like they have been there for years. The grass had not been cut for a couple of weeks. There are no ree boxes. There are biting flys that follow you a buzz around your head constantly.

Needs TLC but has some OK shots. Rough is very thick. Nice baskets and nice mature trees. Holes are barely marked (some posts w/ dirt tees). Flow nearly impossible w/o UDisc map. Flies ate me alive

Couldn’t find tees for some holes. Course had promise at the beginning but too many bugs, flooding, no tee pads, and not being able to even figure out where to throw will make me not come back.

For being a 9-hole course tucked back off a road hidden within some trees, I was fairly impressed with the technicality. Lots of tree coverage to work around with short shots. Would be a super fun/nice course with some concrete tee pads and new signs installed, but it gets the job done.

Has a porta potty, picnic tables, good beginner course. Hole 7 and 8 is much more difficult than the others by far, due to brush being in the way. Hole 6 has a tree down next the basket on the left side.

Sleeper course. Great lines on slightly wooded holes!

Gorgeous area, but almost no signage or tee boxes. Didn't even finish as it was so annoying to find the next hole. Would be great with a little TLC.

Tee pads and better signs and this would be a fun 9. Definitely not an easy course.

Needs better signage and teepads, very interesting layout though. Very challenging!

Dirt tees are a negative. Lack of accurate and helpful signage is the main concern. Nice enough layout with decent challenge level.

decent park style course. No tee pads, some fallen trees throughout. Couldn't find hole 8 tee area. Hole 7 green very over grown and hard to tell where basket is. Otherwise nice property. Potential for more holes.

Hole 8 doesn’t have a tee box but that’s about the only issue in my opinion

Storm damaged trees need to be cleaned up, tee areas are badly worn, no signage to find next tee.

Needs work. But very good potential. Good variety of shots for each tee. Used the hole map on UDisc and walked the course first. Easy to play if you know where to throw

Very beautiful coarse on the side of Phantom Lake. So much nature. You will see some big birds to the side of hole 6.

Great 9 hole that makes good use of the property with potentially 9 more coming in the future. Alternate safari style layout is fun if the course is empty. Buggy in summer, but that should be expected.
