With a little upkeep on the first 3 holes, this would be an awesome little course

Hole 1 needs a gap. The only birdie run is a huge hyzer over everything. There isn’t really a way to play the hole for par. Holes 2-3 are playable, they just need a path to be trimmed to get from pads to baskets. Hole 4 would be so nice if the elevation was raised on that big beautiful tree. They elevate it over the bathroom, why not match the elevation all the way around? Hole 7’s new trees make the RHBH straight shot very risky. Kinda wish the basket was shortened to be somewhere around the covered bench. The tee could also be moved back if that would make it too short. Hole 8’s tee pad and shrubs on the left of the gap get ignored when the city comes to mow and weed eat.
