Too much brush, no walkways, whole signs don't face the correct directions. Poor layout.

Way better than the reviews would lead you to believe. Some issues like tall, thorny rough but good throws and sticking to main trails alleviate most issues. wood posts with small signs mark tee areas. the map when I played today turned the practice basket into the first hole - taking you from parking lot into course but that then confuses the signage for the first 3 holes.
