I was expecting a short pitch and putt through the woods from other reviews but was surprised to see a very good course with fair lines and good places to rip. Beautiful in the fall but definitely be prepared to do some legit hiking.
@lynnruhlman
Signage is incorrect on most holes and little to no direction for next tee
@irbium1
Some advice: download an offline map of the area first. There is no reception there. The course is all woods, some effort done to keep lanes clear. It's a rough course. Not for carts and watch out for roots and rocks. So e holes play up and down the valley hills. The back 9 isn't as playable due to more vegetation. It's a peaceful place, great to do a quiet round. Just remember how to get back out of the park.

Loved playing. Good layout. More technical then some like. Overgrowth wasn’t really that bad. It is a course in the hill woods around Pike lake.

Brushy. Very hilly. Lost a couple disk and took about 20 mins to find. Not very mud! Plenty of trash cans!
@eyewreck
If this course was kept up a little better it would be one of the better in the area, whoever designed it originally did a great job. Also Pike Lake in a valley in the middle of nowhere so cell reception is nonexistent so be ready for that if you go.
@czarofchasm
Fantastic course! I was expecting it to be much more overgrown than it was, but if you stay on or near the fairways it was very clear. Roughs were tight in places but mostly very playable. Only a couple of baskets were hard to find, but if you stayed on the fairways it was hard to go wrong. The T-Mobile network has coverage on the course, but if you use a different network you will definitely want to download a course map. If you're considering playing this course but are worried about the conditions, definitely come give it a try!

No cell service so take layout screenshots. Couldn’t find 4 of the baskets and 1 of the tee pads. Basically no fairways on most holes, only rough. Bugs everywhere. The scenery is gorgeous though. Throw carefully and clean and you’ll have fun. Don’t bring a cart, you’ll regret it.
@zachshultz13
Incredible scenery, could be one the state’s best courses with slightly better upkeep in the summer.
@lunatik937
Not cart friendly, lots of elevation changes
@discerfred
Hidden gem, course has a great variety of shots. This course can get thick in the summer so it’s a better winter/ spring course. Short tee pads. Steps down a few places. Overall worth the drive.

Really fun
