Brushy. Very hilly. Lost a couple disk and took about 20 mins to find. Not very mud! Plenty of trash cans!
@eyewreck
If this course was kept up a little better it would be one of the better in the area, whoever designed it originally did a great job. Also Pike Lake in a valley in the middle of nowhere so cell reception is nonexistent so be ready for that if you go.
@czarofchasm
Fantastic course! I was expecting it to be much more overgrown than it was, but if you stay on or near the fairways it was very clear. Roughs were tight in places but mostly very playable. Only a couple of baskets were hard to find, but if you stayed on the fairways it was hard to go wrong. The T-Mobile network has coverage on the course, but if you use a different network you will definitely want to download a course map. If you're considering playing this course but are worried about the conditions, definitely come give it a try!

No cell service so take layout screenshots. Couldn’t find 4 of the baskets and 1 of the tee pads. Basically no fairways on most holes, only rough. Bugs everywhere. The scenery is gorgeous though. Throw carefully and clean and you’ll have fun. Don’t bring a cart, you’ll regret it.
@zachshultz13
Incredible scenery, could be one the state’s best courses with slightly better upkeep in the summer.
@lunatik937
Not cart friendly, lots of elevation changes
@discerfred
Hidden gem, course has a great variety of shots. This course can get thick in the summer so it’s a better winter/ spring course. Short tee pads. Steps down a few places. Overall worth the drive.
@cluteclute
Pars are waaaaay too high. But cool course. Up and down steep slopes. Cool shots. Thumbers and forehand friendly

Itchy

Really fun course, pretty technical going through the woods. Great risk of losing discs, but a couple spotters came along for the hike and they helped a ton! VERY scenic! We played on the peak weekend for fall colors and it was beautiful. Bring good hiking boots and be ready for some steep parts. Use spotters if possible.
@kadouglas19
Wear sturdy shoes. Fun course. No cell phone service there with my carrier, so grab a paper scorecard at the park office. The only tricky part is finding the 11th tee from the 10th basket, but the scorecard has a pretty good map.
@mwatkins239
Really fun
@jessemitten
Needs some tlc but this is my favorite course in the area
