So...this review is of the course AS IT SITS now. Is this a disc golf "course"....yes, although it seems that it's just baskets in the woods. The sheer lack of any defined fairways of a lot of the holes as opposed to a few cut down trees to resemble one is tragic at best. The tee boxes are pavers that have settled many times into an uneven wave framed in wood, both of which are slick as ice the day after it rained. While there were benches, many were only long enough for one person to sit comfortably and the tee sign maps are shit. There was also trash and all kinds of crap in the parking lot and the cans on the course look like two groups played a round with a couple of 30 racks each. With that said, there is certainly a lot of potential for this course with like 15 solid work days and some real time. This would all have been excusable (almost) if this wasn't a pay to play. As was heard on my card to sum up this course ...... "Sabattus was the prom queen, this place is like an over the pants hand job in a parking lot".

The course features very narrow fairways, along with quite a few short and sharp doglegs. Baskets are fantastic, but as others have mentioned the teepads have settled at odd angles and some felt downright unsafe for anything but a standstill. One was clearly in the middle of being reconstructed. All of the returnable bins were overflowing, and the few places with long grass had clearly not been trimmed in a while. There are just too many other high quality courses in central Maine to play here more than once.

Very technical 18 hole course with amazing views. Tons of shot variety available allowing for incredible shot shaping. Tee pads were pavers with signage on each tee. Baskets were in great condition with directional markers to next tee. A lot of the baskets were mounted on stump which I found really enjoyable. Portapotty avaliable in parking lot and numerous trash cans throughout the course.

Teepads and signs exist. Porta potty at the beginning. Trash cans every few holes which is nice. Otherwise, it was an absolute disappointment. Parking was WTF, entry area was full of trash bags and smelly from porta potty. Tee pads are short & in terrible shape. Almost all blind holes. I enjoyed one hole design. 3-4 others were okay. The rest were just straight trash. No reasonable disc golf shots that didn’t require blind luck. And I usually enjoy short, wooded courses. This one made zero sense

Looks like it hasn’t been touched for maintenance since 1945

It was the worst course I've played at. No upkeep. Mud everywhere and you have multiple places where you have to walk through it. Confusing basket and tee placements. Got lost twice. Multiple teepads were in disrepair and covered with towels or pallets. Trash and bottles everywhere. Terrible experience. Played as quick as possible to get out.

The owners are nice. The baskets are good.

Bad, bad, course. As if someone went to a disc golf course and said “there aren’t enough trees” and “I don’t like that you can throw a disc to the circle in one shot.” Just so bad.

0/5. Terrible. There are probably 5 decent shots on the entire course, otherwise it’s some trails that happen to have tee pads and baskets on them. The pads aren’t level and in many cases dangerous. The course is overflowing with trash, which I guess is how it’s funded ($0.05 refund in Maine). It sad such a nice piece of property was wasted!

Not a bad course, nice and quiet, cheap to play. Course needs some maintenance though!

It’s just repetitive and very tough pars but this is coming from someone that got -3 in the pouring rain I do like the pars but there like 2-3 holes that I was like what the heck because it was a par 3 distance but the gap was insanely hard to get a 2 on that hole I feel like it’s impossible for one of the wholes for even pros to get a birde but it is a very good course for those that don’t have that much of a strong arm and can hit 5 foot gaps

Course was technically difficult. Allwood bring bug spray one course all poor threes, except for a few that are par fours and one par five. Great prices per round and all Day pass

This course needs some attention. All the trash cans are over flowing, there are several fairways with knee high "grass". This course needs maintenance badly.

It got a half a star, cuz apparently 0 stars aren't allowed. Rugged terrain small, lots of trees. ATVs should be provided for fairway travel. Didn't find any ticks so that's worth a star. Or atleast the half.

Unique course. Tons of dog leg Hyzer shots. Technical and short. Tee pads are really small. Overall interesting play but could be much better.

For a very poorly designed course, I actually really enjoyed it. The fairways were very clean, if small. However, I either hit or felt I could have hit any of the fairways I aimed for. One or two shots required I throw over the top, but I hit those and I'm not that good so I think they're consistent. I think on a very good day someone could shoot 18 down, given an ace on one of the short holes and maybe an eagle. Again, surprisingly fun, but very tight and poorly designed.

Needs to be thinned out alot more. Lots of poke and pray holes. Great shots get taken away because of 3 to 5 foot gaps. Few ace runs but most are unrealistic. Lots of horseshoe type holes going extremely left or right. Can see much potential in the future. Bring your best bug spray!!

I don’t know if it is always like this but there were a ton of horseflies buzzing around us when we played. Trash needs collecting. Course itself was fun and challenging though.

Love this course. A tree-mendous local place that has been given much care as of recent. Challenging lines and fun Ace shots.
