Courses information, signs, layouts, and clean up to provide a better experience is being coordinated with Monroe County Disc Golf Club and MWR on McCoy. We recommend that if leaving a review you please leave recommendations to better this course for our situational awareness. Thank you in advance
@smtroll75
If you are trying to play this course. It is on Fort Mcoy property. Your best thing to do is either call the main gate or stop there. You will need to get a sportsman pass to play it.

Love how technical it is through the trees and I had a super great time did have a hard time finding the entrance and contacting I guess the campsite. expect to hit trees. I was happy with my +4 if anyone knows if I’m supposed to pay to play here i’m more than willing to just had a hard time finding it!
@billthecrusher
Not on Fort McCoy (park by 13th/F by Pine View Campground). Very wooded technical lines all 18 holes. 180-400' trees both sides. Not for everyone but I liked it. Basically basket to basket w/ gravel tees that weren't slippery on my winter round. Any signage on course comically bad (UDisc map good for 18)
@brianphillips
First off udisc takes you to the wrong place. Course is nit maintained very well at all.. tight narrow fairways with brush and talk grass on rough. Needs alot of work.. no tee signs tee pads are in rough shape on several holes
@mechkrahn9
Signage isn’t there to follow very well , signage where the course starts, the app and actual course didn’t match, tee spots updated from grave and dirt to concrete, description for each hole to show where the basket is for each hole. Upkeep poor with low hanging branches
@bludraygn
No shot variety. Everything is throwing through the trees again and again which makes it feel more like rng instead of a skill course. Low ceiling from the copious amounts of trees also make it difficult to perform shaped shots requiring any height. I may come back, but only because I have limited choices in the area, not because it was a fun course. I strongly recommend using the U-Disc layout instead of the hole markings on the baskets. The U-Disc map starts you at the tee for hole six and is nearest to a large gravel parking lot.
@tvieth2013
UDisc doesn’t label the holes correctly so finding 1 and then 10 was challenging. Tightly wooded shots made this round a struggle and almost unplayable for a beginner.
@stevek365
Nice crushed gravel tees, very easy to follow except for one spot (after 6) where you can split and do the 9 hole loop. Older baskets, numbers don't necessarily match. Simple tee signs would be a big upgrade. Careful if coming from north, my directions took me into a dead end 8 miles away. Not on the military base, but borders it.
@tbattle67
We had a hard time finding the back nine and ended up leaving. Enjoyed the front, wry technical thru the woods.
@directorduke
I will give this course a higher rating than it deserves. I likes the woods golf and the fun shot shaping. The for gravel tees they are really good. Shaped in the direction of the next whole and always placed near the hole you just finished. I would really like to see more people use this course. Perhaps it will get more attention and maintenance. Overall nice job Pineview!
@xhuntdawgx
Tight wooded course, unique lines. Definitely worth it if you’re in the area. Lack of tee sings makes maneuvering the course a challenge at times but UDISC got us through.
@curtispayton
The course is great. If tee pads and signage were put in it would be perfect! I updated the full 18 to hopefully get more foot traffic.
@janinda
It’s very hard for anyone to get a par 3 on most these baskets. Lanes are filled with foliage and branches. You’ll get cut up pretty bad if you go to retrieve a lost disc
@theeheinz
Very confusing layout without the help of UDisc, fairways are extremely tight and call for very precise shots, roughs are full of thorns, not beginner friendly
@seth106637
Solid course. No signs but 18 pads and wooded holes
@widgtraveler
This course is pretty fun (although kind of rough) and is much better than when I first played it in 2013. There are actually some fairways, albeit some ridiculously narrow, and tee pads! Some of the tees, however, are not in the best locations. Several of them could have just been placed a few feet to the right or left to allow much more fair fairway lines. Overall, Pineview has great potential. It’s just going to require a LOT of work. Whoever is in charge of this course lmk! I will work!

Needs signs
