Could be a great course if there was a little maintenance.
@jasonharsch
Bring bug spray. Spotter is very helpful. Most holes in 250-300 foot range
@akt1ondiscgolf
Great amount of shade when playing the wooded holes, it almost felt like playing in a jungle at times because it is kind of unkempt but at the same time not so bad you would have discs just disappear. Rubber tee pads were kind of short but mostly level and do the job. Baskets were in pretty obvious locations and not too difficult to find but will spit putts out here and there. Some water ob may come in play at times. Pretty good views on the course. Lots of bugs and mosquitoes, bring spray. Personally I really enjoyed my round here, the layout was very solid and non repetitive. For a preview check out Akt1on Disc Golf on YT✌️
@texrocker
Could be a great coarse, however it’s way overgrown and swarms of mosquitoes will be all over you the entire round.
@nfisher
Two separate sections s. Last two holes are awful. Some random baskets installed that could definitely help flow.
@tgood25
Make sure to watch your disc!! Extremely tall grass !!! But still super fun course with amazing views!!
@fatguerilla
Fairways or overgrown baskets need to be updated but this is an awesome place to play disc golf. Unfortunately, we went on a day when the mosquitoes were ridiculous.
@sheabertooth
A little muddy with all the recent afternoon thunderstorms. Very challenging and technical course. Easy to lose a disc if you aren’t careful. Layout is a bit wonky, and signage is lacking. Great views of the Colorado River and surrounding mountains.
@alexhallumsdisc
Wow. Amazing course. A little rough around the edges, but so much potential here. Good shot variety throughout. Nice mix of distances. Course could use some TLC/maintenance. High grass on a few holes. Plays along the river so bring a disc or 2 you don’t mind losing. Course NEEDS concrete tee pads. The rubber matts are warped & inconsistent. Baskets are old but still catch fine. If proper tee pads got installed, & new baskets put in, this course could be 5 stars. Wonderful views. A must play for any serious Colorado disc golfer!
@flofff
Really just needs maintenance and would be a wonderful course
@jordanjantzen
Some standing water, but surprisingly great signage and baskets that can’t be seen from the tee pad have orange flags to help you see them. Some fun site shot selection, with trees and bushes to force you to get creative at times.
@nodiggity247
A fun little course. BEAUTIFUL. I am from out of town and just wanted a good course to run throuh. This is it. Good place to bring beginners and still have fun. The entrance is on Maple Street. Get a pic of the course map before you head in. Signs are helpful, there are a handful of hidden baskets. I would walk the fairway a bit to see the basket.
@calebwh
Couldn’t have had more fun! Only complaint is tee pads and baskets. But course is short enough that it’s fine
@jdanks
Beautiful scenery. Good mix of left dominate vs right dominate holes. Most holes have multiple lines to try. Just very over grown so some of the baskets are very tough to see but not impossible to play. Nothing too long but fun throwing still.
@turbocraig
Lots of brush where I was in fear of loosing good discs. I played well w -2 so it made those disc earn their place in my bag.
@trowskis
Vegetation forces many shots to be thrown on a higher line. Combined with the local elevation of 7,600’ discs will behave much more overstable than most players would expect. Several holes are best played using a spotter.
@johny173
Course is playing great right now! Some recent cleanup around the pins and leaves falling has opened things up nicely!
@ptarmigan
Much love to the locals who are taking care of this course. Lots of fun! Spotter helpful on a few dogleg holes or walk forward first to know where ur going. Bushes are disc monsters!
