@danielszucs
Great to see a new course in the area that isn’t pitch and putt. Has lots of room for expansion. Plant some trees and make the parking lot bigger!!! Advice to people losing their discs- disc down and stay in the fairways. Don’t blame the course for your bad decisions.
@justiceolsen
Great use of the property. Some fun shots. Hole 17 is rough if you end up right. Keep it in the short stuff!!!
@haddiman
Picked 3 ticks off and lost 3 discs in the brush right off the fairway. Sort of a mess. I'd just bring discs you don't mind losing.
@alex51894
Very repetitive aside from 10-15, which were great. The rough wasn't as bad as I expected. There are a lot more trees on the tee signs than exist, so I assume there will be more trees someday. 15 was awesome, but could use a little cleanup, it was pretty pokey unless you go over everything. I was a little sad we didn't tee out of the shipping container. There were birds all over, and I wasn't attacked by one until 18! 18's green is tough, but I accidentally played to 1 or 2s basket. I'm glad the course is here, it will be a lot better when the trees on the tee signs get planted or pop up.
@crawdadde
Hole 13 has no line but other than that a pretty fun mid length and open course.
@bckcntryskr
The layout is a bit repetitive, though not boring. Hole 15 is the $ shot; risk it and go all in or find the locals route (layup left of the bridge) for the birdie.
@futurebluerose
There’s nothing particularly wrong with the course, in fact, all the ingredients for a great neighborhood course are present. It’s just not fun to play here. The design is mediocre and I spend too much time looking for discs. I play disc golf for fun, and this isn’t. The city should pay for a redesign.
@thomasread8
Lost a disc
@boxcar
So much goose poop in early 2025. The course is another 18 in an area that needs more baskets. For that, props. However, the lines are either straight or slight doglegs to the right (LHBH friendly). I'm a lefty, but the only shot making here is hitting the fairway. Bring your pinkest bag. No playground, restrooms, or campground. Be prepared to wash your bag after your round/have hand sanitizer on hand.
@danimalg
Decent course. Most of challenge is to stay in fairways. However, fairways are larger than a few other courses I've played and most roughs aren't as bad as expected, at this time of year. Plus, less water in play than expected. However, this may be different when water levels return to normal. Most of land seemed to be used as well as possible. Practice basket would be nice. I misjudged hole 9, as water was much closer to tee than thought. On hole 14, going over water OB is likely the better line for RHBH. Overall, I've played better and worse courses. Worth a try.
@cctrailside
The course is extremely new with what looks like plans for trees to go in. However there were multiple times you had to walk through the fairway of another hole to get to the next hole or leave the course. Incredibly dangerous design. Considering it is also wide open and just a bunch of prairie/tall grass this course is nothing more than pupitch and putt with a few holes that have actual lines to hit. Hopefully it'll be improved upon sooner rather than later
@blakethagreat
3rd time playing it and it’s nice to have another course in the area. Not really a fun layout. Good baskets and tee pads but that’s it.
@toberg57
Great course. Open with narrow fairways, generous landing areas, very fun track. Definitely not beginner friendly, but a great overall experience. This 67 year old shot -6 and am happy!
@katzen74
Same shot over and over again with useless rough making the slightest mistake overly punishing especially hole 15. Play a different course
@keithanderson
The course was okay as far as design but the long grass takes most of the fun out of it. Especially for beginners who will be throwing more shots and potentially losing more discs because of it. It was worth playing the one time but I doubt I’ll be back unless a friend of mine hasn’t played it yet and wants to check it off their list.
@tcarl87
First five holes are pretty much the same. Needs more variety. South side of the lake is pretty great disc golf.
@seanbranigan
EMAC can turn nothing into something! For how the course utilizes the property. I think it’s very solid. Not a ton of trees on the course, but the way it’s layed out with the longer holes and tons of thick prairie grass, tall reeds, and water hazards adds a nice difficultly. The park is very clean. With time, this place will get better. The fairways will be more maintained. Hopefully the parking lot gets bigger too.
@leswan
Fun Denver style course with some big shots and some must gets. The parking lot is real small so you've gotta get there early or fight for a spot. The rough is a little thick in some spots, but discs usually stay on top. The tee pads are nice, but hole 13 needs to be cleaned up. There are a lot of tweener holes, but I'd call everything except 11 a par 3. The course could use some benches and some trash cans. I'm already noticing a disappointing amount of trash around for this brand new course.
@ryan7lewis
Great first round. Just need a bit more of widening of fairways, which they were actually doing as I was finishing up. Easy to navigate with only having to look at the course map once. Links style course so be on the fairway and should be just fine to score.
