It’s nice just to have a course in this area, but I would say that they do not use the property anywhere near to its potential. The keypads were poured way too short, and the shot variety and design are nonexistent. If they stick with this layout, the pars need to be readjusted and moved down. There should not be a par five where you have an albatross putt within 100 feet. If they made a course out here with the potential land, has it would be a phenomenal place to play.
