Gotta love having a course right off the interstate, yet adjoining the river. 9 holes right now, but hear tales of at least 9 more to come. Course has a good mix of open and wooded shots, nothing too long on this front nine, but some interesting and challenging approaches. Cool campground, swimming hole and overall vibe. Will certainly be back.

Awesome little putter/mid course. Owner is really nice and the landscape is gorgeous. Super easy access and easy to navigate. **update** There are people that live in the campground. One of them has a few dogs. They are very gentle and sweet but the one with the bright orange collar will follow you through the whole course, chase your discs, and chew them up. The dog's owner doesn't give a shit and let's them run around the property freely. Keep an eye out for that one if you come here.

This course has a lot of potential. Currently, there are only nine holes, which begins and ends at the parking lot of the smoky grass station. I’ve heard conflicting information about checking in with a camp host or inside the smoky grass station, but the employee told me that wasn’t necessary, and that the course is free. The scenery is beautiful with the surrounding mountains, and the course is easy to play with little elevation involved. 18 holes are rumored to be coming in the future, as well as improvements to the current nine holes. For being such a new course, it is excellent. Nothing too challenging, very beginner friendly. Some of the OB is fairly rough, and there are a good bit of bugs out there, but the fairways are well manicured, and the signs are easy enough to follow for the most part. Can’t wait to see the future of this course!

This is a great course with a ton of potential. Worth playing for sure. Not sure what the one star review was all about. It’s 9 holes for now but the designers say they are planning the full 18. Beautiful Mountain Views. Right on the nolichucky river. I’ll be back!

I am a little biased. I have played a lot of courses, and this one is just fun. Not difficult, but I think we will attract newcomers to the sport without bumming them out about poor play. It is still a work in progress and we welcome ideas about improving it. Beautiful views and a river to cool you down. 😎
