It's meant as a practice area or to warm up/cool down for/from any of the larger courses in the area. When you look at in that light, nothing wrong with it. If you come here expecting a legit courses, then yeah you won't get that, but it's not as if EP doesn't have that.

Don't really get the point of the nay sayers . No it's not a course, it's a practice area! Pick an open basket and practice putts, or work on approach shots. We need more places like this

Extremely short course, low baskets, tee pads are clay that share the space with baskets, hole 3 is out. Well maintained grass-wise though.
