Great course for being maintained by residents. Can be a little tricky to navigate without the map, there are no tee signs or OB markers. But the fairways are always nice, the hazards speak for themselves and it’s a fun mix of technical and open. Great beginner course

Snakes. Briars. Families taking pictures. Police patrolling and checking for residency. Some chick door dinged my truck.

What an awesome course to get such low ratings!!! Only downfall is the lack of signage but with UDisc, that doesn't really matter. If this place had nice tee pads and signs and arrows to next hole this would easily be a 4.5
