River basin and open fields. 18 holes plus a practice basket. Lots of room for field work. New short layout is good for beginner players while the long positions challenge more experienced players.

Awesome course through a dry river bed. Busy - well loved! - on a Sunday afternoon in November. Course managers are working toward multiple baskets on every hole for a customizable experience. Only downside is walking two miles through sand - it's a bit tedious. Still, well worth a stop if you're passing through, and it seems like an excellent home course for folks in Cottonwood.
