Park course that has a mix of open and wooded holes. Open holes use tall grass to define fairways and OB, while woods holes feature some tight lines and enough guardians to give them substance. A variety of shots; I threw 2/3 of my bag today and on forehand and backhand. All holes feature 2 tee pads and pin positions that are rotated between 3 positions. Of note: Holes 19-27 are unplayable, and a local told us that maintenance on those holes fell off a few years ago. Just as well, as a couple of them played over a very busy multi-use path. Even on the main 18 a couple holes do play along that same path, so keeping your eyes open for cyclists is required. Tee pads were all good, of normal size, and required no step from the side. Signage at the tees was good, but Next Tee signs would be very helpful. UDisc was necessary to navigate in spots. Most of the course is cart friendly, but a couple of holes would be challenging and make you probably regret the cart. A (needing cleaned) port-a-john was available on hole 2. Overall, liked the varying pin positions and several fun shots to throw. Disliked that 9 holes are unplayable and that layouts do not reflect that. Would recommend and will likely play again next time I'm in the area.

Best course I’ve played in Canada yet! Very challenging and a wide variety of shots! Can be a bit confusing seeing which pin you’re shooting at and the long grass eats discs, but that’s all I can think to complain about lol.

Great part style course. Open holes are well designed and the woods are great, technical but several lines. Nice sized fairways and most are grass (even on the woods). Only thing holding it back from a higher rating is lack of elevation (nothing they can do there) and could use some more shots putting the river into play. All in all great job to the designers and super well maintained. Thanks London for delivering this great course.

Last 9 holes are almost abandoned. Only worth it for the first 18

Don’t play the extra 9 they haven’t maintained it and there’s even a basket missing on one of the holes it’s a shame because it used to be nice The 18 is in really good shape

Great course. Sometimes smelly due to proximity to the water treatment plant.

Course was very busy on Saturday. Lots of bushes and trees makes this a very challenging course. We had some trouble finding a few tee pads on our first time around.

Holes 1-18 are very well kept both fairway and OB. Holes 19-27 were very rough and difficult to play. Branches, sticks and glass all over the fairway and thick bush for OB. But if you just stick to the first 18 holes you will have a good time!

Needs current pin position marked somewhere, can be difficult to know where to throw when you don't play the course often OB is a little over the top. Landing areas for the first 11 holes are very tight.
