This was my first time here & I really enjoyed this course! It was well maintained & has some unique shot shapes for such a short course. I saw some poison ivy near a few baskets, but not as bad as other wooded courses in the KC/Lawrence area.

This course is a ton of fun, especially after the addition of the back nine. Lots of fun and challenging lines through the woods
@bradinkcmo
Really fun. New back nine is much more interesting/challenging.

Blind shots on holes 7, 9, 12, 14, 15, and 16 so make sure to double check no one is at the basket or coming towards the tees. Overall, it has an okay design but there are some potential safety problems with a few of the new holes. Hopefully these get fixed before signs are made for them. While the tees for hole 11 and 12 can see each other, hole 11 should not be throwing directly at/through hole 12's tee. I would move tee 12 either forward to the grove of trees in the pathway or to the other side of the smaller pond. Hole 14 having a blind shot right at a trailhead feels unsafe but could be overlooked with how little it seems that part of the park is used. Hole 15 throwing blindly toward a basket that is behind hole 14's tee is probably the biggest issue. Most people's disc will finish to the left heading directly at 14's tee. Neither a group on 14 or 15 would see it coming with both tees hidden from direct sight of the other. The loose gravel tee pads are a major injury waiting to happen. While a standstill throw can help prevent this, most beginners won't think that way. Lastly, not a safety issue but the length of hole 18 is severely out of place with the rest of the course. It's almost 200 feet longer than any other hole and without real reason.

It is a well-maintained nine hole course that I think they’re going to make into an 18 hole course. The shots are short, all less than 250 feet. There are some wooded technical shots and pretty good elevation. The park is gated and I don’t think the gates open before 7:30 or 8:00 in the morning. It’s usually not crowded.
@brandonfine
Fun course on a beautiful plot of land. The holes are short and have natural pads, but there is a descent amount of different shots with great use of the elevation. I was talking with my buddy about how if they put in concrete pads and re-designed the holes to be a little longer, this course has potential to be the best 9 hole around. I’m also a little biased as I aced hole 5!
@farley8800
Nice little pitch and putt, don't let that get to ya tho, can be difficult!!
@stevenking
Ok it is a little par 3 But it is 5star for its tasks A cute short variable terrain tight woods’n field park course Played it in 3 inches fresh snow then lost ribboned disc in tree…
@chalmers1520
Really fun 9 hole in a tucked away park. Park crew continually making improvements on trimming and design. Great spot for field work right next to the parking lot.
@pointame
Good short course. Needs better tee pads, but doable. My wife and I did a glitch only game and it was a blast.
@lucasrogers
Another short park 9 hole, good for ace runs.
@garrettr30
Be cautious at night, heard of some incidents occuring may be unsafe when alone.
@evansuellentrop
Challenging short holes! Needs: Improved signage and route directions. Weeding and trim up. Consider making window views of the basket from teepads. More obvious tee pads. Possible redesign of course. Still a fun course.
@coueylicious
Fun short little course. Some holes are a little too short, but it seems like a beginner course so I’m not complaining. Overall pretty fun.
@bconrad
Love the new path.. needs signage between basket 3 and tee 4. And tee signage besides metal poles would benefit also .
@erickiml
Brand new back nine. Plays like down under without the threat of throwing off a cliff.
@ur2lame
Fun local course.
@threedit
Nice and easy short course in a nice park. If the woods all around the park could be utilized, with the right designer, this land could be home to one of the best courses in the Midwest. Loads of potential.
