About the course

Course starts at the Riverwalk Park parking lot, Tee #1 is at the left end of the parking lot and the practice putting basket is at the right end of the parking lot. The course wanders through the park, across two roads, traverses into Monocacy Village Park, and returns on the other side of the creek bed. Players should focus on starting rounds at the Riverwalk Parking lot and not in Monocacy Park. Also when moving from Hole 9 to Hole 10, it is requested that players utilize the pedestrian bridge located just past the Hole 9 basket rather than cutting through the stream bed that separates Holes 9 & 10. As this is a newer course, many pedestrians may not be aware that of the location of walking paths intersect with the disc golf fairways. Be alert for walkers that may not know you are throwing in their general direction.

Limited mobility/cane accessible

Steep hills and road crossing are required for many holes that may limit playability for those with mobility issues; however all holes on the Monocacy Loop should be playable other than Hole 12 which has a steep green/pin placement that may not be suitable to those in a wheelchair.

About as uninspiring as it gets. After the second long walk by hole 4 I was ready for the round to be over. Won’t stop here again

Solid course in Frederick. Not terrible, not amazing. Some nice scenery on the back half of the course.
