@akcondor
Definitely needs some love. Also a lot of the yellow baskets need to have their positions updated as of Sep 6 2025.
@optimushans
Really had high hopes on this one but we couldn’t even finish the round. The front 9 were pretty fun overall. Shortly after that it just became hard to know which basket you were throwing at. No signage and Udisc helps but isn’t very accurate. Wish the town would take the time to show this course some love.
@danieljnew
Seems like at one point it was a decent course but I imagine construction around killed it. Great views but otherwise pretty bland
@nickbarr
You may lose your disc in the “fairway”. Don’t throw a second shot. Just find your first.
@itsnickboland
Holes 11-15 have some brutal tall grass, other than that quite fun!
@cygnus6
Fun course. Good potential. Finish it because I'll be back.
@luke
Shot variety is non-existence but I suppose as the new trees grow it will get slightly more interesting. Great practice course with good distances at least.
@mercthejerk
Wide open park style course, holes in flux but currently a pretty boring course.
@larsen13
Need to get all real baskets and update Udisc. Also the distance on a few holes is off.
@johnatkinson
I remember when this course was only 9 holes, and there wasn’t a bunch of apartments blocking your view on the mountains. Would love to give this a higher score, but without better tee pads, signage, or correct distances on UDisc it’s just not quite there yet. Big props to whoever was mowing today, the first few holes are more disc-finding friendly now. Also, pour one out today for the OG Bohart Ranch courses. I miss those a lot.
@partymaj
Needs mowing and a Udisc layout update.
@jadenkouba
Course is in the making. Very open on most shots but the shots involving the few trees around are fun. Most teepads are not in and a string of holes on the back 9 are PVC pipes with 5 gallon bucket bases but it’s playable. There was some rain today and a few holes on the back 9 were pretty wet. Good local track
@paullovestacos
Many pin positions do not match UDisc. Weird use of space on the new holes with tone poles., but fun holes. Where there are tee boxes they are nice. Signage would help. This course has a lot of potential as it matures.
@cunningham73
Played Rose Park while in town visiting family. Not hating on the course but giving it a realistic review. There are 14 holes. Strange number, but they are physically limited by surrounding apartments, roads, etc. Some holes have great concrete pads, some are bare dirt patches. Very few trees, but there are some new plantings. Nearly all of the baskets (Innova Discatchers) were a few inches taller than standard, which made putting tricky. I'm not a fan of tall grass as a strong design element, but that's the only thing keeping you honest on the north half of the course. The worst part of the course is the gopher holes. They are everywhere, and they will get you. I had my cart with me, but I would have preferred my bag due to the gopher holes. Those are the cons. The pros: Holes 5, 6, 7, 9, & 13 are solid holes that are fun and challenging. Use of 2 mandos encourage turnovers or sidearms. No one else really uses the park. I saw a few people walking their dogs, but otherwise just disc golfers. There was a portable toilet that was clean, but I didn't see any water access. The locals are great. I played in a tournament as an out-of-towner and everyone was super cool. They deserve a more rewarding course in the area. If you are in Bozeman, play here (you don't really have many options). Use the tall grass as OB to make it more challenging. Holes 4, 11, & 14 can be played as island holes for more challenge. The mountains surrounding the town are beautiful. Definitely a playable course.
@teafeathers
Used to be our home course. Windy, grassy, surprisingly challenging.
@jwilson16
Fun course for someone looking to practice general flight accuracy. Good rips with some elevation change and a mando that is pretty tough. Fun course but no real obstacles for shot shaping
