Nice property. Poor signage both marking many tee boxes and way-finding to holes. Once there are real tees that will help. Many long walks with many non-memorable holes. Too many holes play around picnic areas. I was traveling to Monterey so decided to stop by, but I would not make another trip here. The fun factor was not there.

Far too many holes are blind from the tee. Course desperately needs tee pads installed. Most of the tee shots are thrown from deep sand making a run up very difficult
