Beautiful park! Worth playing just to experience the natural beauty. The baskets are not great (old with twisted up chains, etc). There are some intensely steep and rocky parts (hole 4, esp) and some brutal, deep, grassy and heavily forested rough. There are a lot of different tee pads that don't appear to be related to current layout. Many blind baskets if you're a first timer. Overall, a fun, challenging and scenic course.
@wbennett
Discs to bring: flippy midrange for uphill drives on 2 holes. Overstable driver for backhand and forehand drives on a few holes. This course is NOT for beginners. Take new players to a different course because this may discourage them from continuing their disc golf journey. It is Easy to lose discs. More hiking and possible dangers than any course I’ve been to in the area. Easy to roll ankles or trip over rocks. Some tight fairways and blind throws. A positive note, If you like elevation change this course is for you. I had a great scoring round here but I didn’t have as much fun as I expected. Also, the basket locations on UDisc didn’t always match reality, play with someone who has been here before.

Running into a tree at full speed is probably more fun than this course after it rains. If it’s dry, it is probably decent.
@rebpos
Saddle Hills is in the best shape I've ever seen it. She's the best course in the area right now!
@beamen
Good shot variations, nice scenery. Baskets are old but in good shape. Nice course.
@johncmisfits
The lights are awesome.
@adamromack
Excellent holes and hole placement, good use of elevation and trees for a good balance of difficulty and playability. On the edge of beginner friendly, 9/10
@flyingredbeard
Always fun, never boring. Elevation changes keep you honest. Not cart friendly, so pack light for the hike.
@sevnziro
Needs a bathroom. The course is awesome and the local club has done a ton of work to make it a sweet place. Lots of different hole locations and elevation.
@thedisclocker
Fun little course. There are shorts, and longs as well as the regular tees, only regulars have concrete pads for the most part. Fun variety of shots.
@bleednpurple
This course looks much better and the tee boxes are easier to find.
@kbikeman
The course is always fun. Maybe someone can paint the baskets. When they have been moved to the next location, they are really hard to see, find.
@deadman09
Long grass on 1 and 2.
@jbrannon
Fun course! Baskets are old…but the club has repaired them as best they can. Great use of the terrain.. very solid course.
