Hard to define this as a course when only 3 baskets are playable.

Completely unplayable. Only come here to practice putts.

No tee pads, missing baskets, this is no course, just some sporadically placed baskets around a park.

Tees 1, 2, and 5 are still gone for construction. The first playable tee, 3, is right next to a school, so be wary of playing during school hours.

If there were another rating for having some practice baskets out in a park the score would be higher. Great place to work on some putting with elevation changes.
