@awlogue
Welcome back Salem! The new holes are a great complement to the remaining original holes. I can't wait until it beats in some more.
@mynameislug
Needs course upkeep big time
@recklessrandy
Great course in every way. All shot shapes needed and Challenging but fair. No real gimmick filler holes, great design. Kind of aggressive terrain and a proper hike in the woods but a beautiful forest lot.
@ajanes88
Not worth the trouble. Not nearly well kept enough for as tight as the fairways are. Nettles, poison ivy, and an ocean of disc-eating ferns. Course is incomplete as far as tee boxes and signs.
@szhou1204
4.5/5. This course is not for the faint of heart. This course was designed for intermediate/advanced players, not first timers or beginners. Bring your hiking boots, there’s a lot of elevation to trek through. Fairways were tight yet fair. Plenty of danger and rollaway potential. Be prepared for a long course, bring snacks or water.
@mikegardner1213
Very unique Course, big hike but awesome for experienced players, i definitely would not recommend for beginners
@joshkaplinger
don’t take it personal, a lot of breaking in just needs to be done. very difficult course - which is nice - but it needs a lot more years under its belt until the fairways are broken in and more trees are taken out
@crouchdown
Iconic hole 12. Love a challenging hike while playing. Good use of elevation.
@tonythechino
For intermediate and advanced players. A dream woods course to challenge you and hone your game. Some really fantastic design and shots to make your earn the birdie.
@dabagger
Very challenging, but fun course. Some serious elevation changes, lots of shot variety and a little OB sprinkled in for fun.
@pkcorcoran
Potential to be the best course in the state and one of the best in New England. Needs to be beat in and a few holes need a few extra trees felled to open up fairways. But all in all, challenging but special course
@dsaksa
A fun and challenging new track. A few holes I found were a little more punishing than necessary but still a good time.
@datamonster
Southern CT disc golf never fails to disappoint with another horrendous course. Shot shaping is very random and makes no sense, OB in terrible places, throwing up and down steep and rocky hills is dangerous as well as several river crossings that are very bad, trying to hop from wet rock to wet rock. It doesn’t bother me as much but this is very far from a recreational course. Having nearly half the holes be 400+ feet is going to deter every beginner and rec player. This area needs a course designer that knows what they’re doing to grow the sport because this won’t be played much at all, that is if the town doesn’t shut it down again for poor design
@marksilva
Love the view
@bsmall8
Beautiful course - but disc down and hit your gaps. Off the fairway gets tough!
@nova12
Really challenging course but very rewarding. There’s a lot of holes that can feel do or die, but when you do it’s amazing. I like how open it can be in the woods but there’s some very tight shots. I also appreciate the amount of par 4s and the variety of shots.
@johnmbus
It’s great to have this course back. It’s sad that a few of those holes aren’t here anymore. But at the same time the new holes complement the course fantastic and are a great addition. Thank you Rob.
@discgolfphoenix
Challenging course with many par 4’s. Needs to break in. Love the suspended baskets. The signage marks OB so watch for it. Expect New England elevation. The trailways are well marked.
